WASHINGTON, Dec. 17 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security has issued a 10-year denial of export privileges against Richard G. Shih formerly of Rolling Hills, California, following his criminal conviction for conspiring to illegally export U.S. goods to China.
