WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 (TNSFR) -- The Bureau of Industry and Security has issued a 10-year denial of export privileges against Marco Santillan Jr. following his conviction for conspiring to smuggle weapons from the U.S. to Mexico.
This administrative action strips Santillan of his ability to participate in any transactions involving U.S. commodities, software, or technology until Aug. 1, 2032.
