WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security has issued an order stripping Marco Antonio Santillan Valencia whose last known address was in Whittier, California, of his export privileges for 10 years. The action follows a criminal conviction involving the illegal shipment of weapons and ammunition to Mexico.
