WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System has announced that Anthem Financial Corp., Plaquemine, Louisiana, and PSB Financial Inc., Deer Lodge, Montana, are seeking approval to become bank holding companies or acquire banking assets.
