WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System has begun reviewing an application from a control group based in Missouri and Kansas that seeks to retain voting shares of a bank holding company.

This action, under the Change in Bank Control Act, involves individuals and trusts who wish to maintain their influence over a Missouri bank.
