WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has moved forward with an expedited review concerning antidumping and countervailing duty orders on collated steel staples from China.
The review is set to determine if ending the duties would likely cause a continuation or recurrence of material injury to the domestic industry within a foreseeable time.
