DEA Seeks Permanent Schedule I Control for Four Synthetic Cannabinoids

WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration has proposed placing four synthetic cannabinoids (SCs) permanently into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).

The proposal targets methyl 2-[[1-(4-fluorobutyl)indole-3-carbonyl]amino]-3,3-dimethylbutanoate (4F-MDMB-BUTICA), N-(1-amino-3,3-dimethyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl)-1-(pent-4-en-1-yl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide (ADB-4en-PINACA), ethyl 2-[[1-(5-fluoropentyl)indole-3-carbonyl]amino] . . .
