WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has issued a notice revising the schedule for its final phase antidumping duty investigation concerning Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate (MDI) from China.
The revision follows a lapse in appropriations that caused a cessation of Commission operations, along with a 21-day tolling of deadlines by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
