WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 (TNSFR) -- The Office of Personnel Management has issued a final rule to give U.S. federal agencies greater flexibility in offering recruitment and relocation incentives to prospective and current employees. The rule expands the authority of agencies to approve waivers for incentive payments above the normal limitations without requiring prior approval from OPM.
