WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 (TNSFR) -- The Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a final rule to establish mandatory, specific performance requirements and revised labeling for infant neck floats. This action addresses fatal hazards, including drowning, associated with the use of these aquatic toys.
