WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau are issuing final rules to increase the exemption threshold for consumer leases. The threshold for leases exempt from the requirements of the Consumer Leasing Act (CLA) will rise from $71,900 to $73,400.
