WASHINGTON, Dec. 13 (TNSFR) -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) and an accompanying environmental assessment (EA) concerning a proposed license amendment for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit 1 (FCS). The amendment request, submitted by Omaha Public Power District (OPPD), Omaha, Nebraska, seeks approval for revision 2 of the License Termination Plan (LTP) for the Washington County, Nebraska, site.
