WASHINGTON, Dec. 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Railroad Administration has issued a safety advisory to stress the importance of verifying that the "track is clear" before railroad equipment pushes or shoves across highway-rail grade crossings.
