WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control published a general license (GL 9) pursuant to the International Criminal Court-Related Sanctions Regulations (ICCSR).
The license, issued on Aug. 20, 2025, temporarily authorized specific transactions that would otherwise be prohibited under the ICCSR.
The purpose of GL 9 was to authorize transactions ordinarily incident and necessary to the wind down of any existing bus . . .
