WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 (TNSFR) -- The Consumer Product Safety Commission has updated the mandatory safety standard for bassinets and cradles, incorporating the revised voluntary standard.
This move aligns with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA), which requires the CPSC to update mandatory durable infant or toddler product standards when the voluntary standards organization revises them to improve safety.
