FAA Announces Final $1 Billion Grant Opportunity for Airport Upgrades

WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has opened the application period for the fifth and final round of its competitive Airport Terminal Program (ATP) funding, offering approximately $1 billion in grants for 2026.

This money, made available under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021, is aimed at helping eligible airports modernize and rebuild aging infrastructure across the nation.
