USCG Adopts Training Plan for Hawaii-California Area

WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Coast Guard has made a decision to proceed with its preferred alternative for conducting annual training and testing activities within the vast Hawaii-California Training and Testing (HCTT) study area.
