WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed to grant conditional no-migration variances to the Lone Mountain landfill facility operated by Clean Harbors, Waynoka, Oklahoma.
The variances would permit the facility to temporarily stage up to 100 "put piles" of treated hazardous waste within its Subtitle C landfill at any one time.
The nine categories of waste involved are awaiting verification that they meet the Resource . . .
