WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has given its final approval to local air quality rule revisions in Maricopa County, Arizona, aimed at controlling emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and particulate matter (PM).
