WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture Agricultural Marketing Service has issued a proposed rule that would modernize a marketing order that governs raisins produced from California grapes, and opened a grower referendum to decide whether the changes take effect.
