WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 (TNSdok) -- The New York State Public Service Commission has issued a "Notice of Suspension of Effective Date of Major Rate Change and Initiation of a Proceeding" (Case No. 25-S-0741), postponing a proposed steam rate increase by Consolidated Edison Co. of New York Inc. The decision, issued and effective Dec. 10, 2025, was signed by Secretary Michelle L. Phillips.
