WASHINGTON, Dec. 10 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division has issued a final rule amending its regulations implementing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The revisions eliminate provisions that prohibit conduct having an unintentional disparate impact based on race, color, or national origin.
