WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has received a request from the Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DNER) for a modification to its existing Federal permit to escalate efforts to preserve and grow the threatened pillar coral population.
