WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has published its annual adjustment factors (AAFs) for 2026. These AAFs are used to adjust monthly rentals for certain assistance contracts under the Section 8 housing payment programs, as required by the U.S. Housing Act of 1937.
