WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division has filed a proposed final judgment, stipulation, and competitive impact statement in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, alleging that RealPage Inc., Richardson, Texas, and six major landlords unlawfully aligned rental prices nationwide.
