WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- TXU Energy, a subsidiary of Vistra, both of Irving, Texas, announced that it is expanding its annual Winter Warmth program, committing an additional $350,000 to assist families across Texas facing financial uncertainty during the holiday season. The goal of the expanded funding is to help more Texans cover household expenses, including food and home heating costs.
