WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy has extended the effective date for a direct final rule that would rescind regulations related to nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs or activities.
The rule, originally published on May 16, 2025, will now be delayed until March 9, 2026.
This marks the third postponement for the measure, which falls under 10 CFR Part 1040.
