WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has approved DNV Healthcare Inc., Hovik, Norway, to serve as a national accrediting organization for ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs) wishing to participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programs.

This notice acknowledges the initial approval of DNV's application, effective from Dec. 8, 2025, through Dec. 10, 2029.
