WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 (TNSFR) -- A group of individuals and trusts from Florida, Oregon, New York and South Carolina, collectively forming the Sogard Family Shareholder Group, has filed an application with the Federal Reserve System to retain voting shares in American State Bank Holding Co. Inc., Williston, North Dakota.
