WASHINGTON, Dec. 7 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has determined to review a portion of an initial determination finding that five companies violated section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 through the importation and sale of urine splash guards.
The investigation stems from a complaint filed by Kids By Parents Inc., Potomac, Maryland. The complaint alleges that the importation and sale of splash guards infringed upon two U.S. Patents.
