WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Communications Commission has adopted a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) to expand the ecosystem for next generation wireless services by making a portion of the 3.98-4.2 GHz band, known as the Upper C-band, available for terrestrial wireless flexible use.
