WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 (TNSFR) -- The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled has finalized the addition of a single service requirement to the federal procurement list.
This action is intended to expand employment for people who are blind or have other severe disabilities by requiring the Federal Government to purchase the service from a qualified nonprofit agency.
