WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 (TNSFR) -- The Committee is proposing the addition of two items to the federal procurement list.
This move is intended to expand employment opportunities for people who are blind or have other severe disabilities by requiring federal government entities to procure supplies and services from qualified nonprofit agencies.
