WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has made available a proposed voluntary agreement in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Interior National Park Service to manage commercial air tour operations over four prominent San Francisco Bay Area parks in California.
