WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration and the U.S. Trade Representative have announced tariff adjustments to implement the Korea Strategic Trade and Investment Deal.
This action amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the U.S. and is based on a determination that tariff modifications are necessary to effectuate the agreement, which was reaffirmed in a Joint Fact Sheet on Nov. 13, 2025.
