WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration published an advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) to obtain stakeholder input on potential revisions to the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR).
