WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation has finalized a rule to amend several of its regulatory thresholds, moving to update them for inflation and establishing an indexing methodology for future adjustments.
The changes are intended to preserve the real value of these thresholds, preventing an unintended expansion of regulatory requirements solely due to rising price levels.
