WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 (TNSFR) -- The Library of Congress Copyright Royalty Board has published proposed regulations for public comment regarding royalty rates and terms for noncommercial webcasting by the Educational Media Foundation (EMF), Rocklin, California.

The proposed rule governs the digital performance of sound recordings by EMF and the making of ephemeral recordings necessary for these transmissions for the period spanning Jan. 1, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2030.
