WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Coast Guard is amending the permanent security zone around USCG Base San Juan, Puerto Rico, to enhance protection for the base and the public from potential subversive acts. This action, published as a final rule, establishes a zone extending 200 feet seaward from the water's edge of the base.
