WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has denied the petition by Motor Coach Industries Inc. (MCI), Des Plaines, Illinois, regarding a noncompliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 205, Glazing Materials.
