WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement announced its partial approval of amendments to the West Virginia surface coal mining regulatory program.
This final rule incorporates changes to the West Virginia Coal Mining and Reclamation Act and related state rules under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (SMCRA).
