WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Trade Commission received a petition for rulemaking from the Consumer Federation of America and the American Economic Liberties Project asking to renew its trade regulation concerning the use of negative option plans.

FTC published the petition and placed it on the public record, in compliance with the FTC's Rules of Practice and Procedure.
