WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration released a final rule to rescind regulations governing Federal-Aid Contracts for the Appalachian Development Highway System, stating that the rules are outdated, duplicative and unnecessary.
