WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration announced a final rule that rescinded an outdated regulation concerning public highway bridges built across Federal dams.
The rule entitled "Bridges on Federal Dams," was established in 1974 and was removed because the agency determined it was duplicative of existing legal requirements found in U.S. Code.
