WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Communications Commission has proposed a rule to facilitate more intensive use of spectrum across the Upper Microwave Flexible Use Service (UMFUS) bands, which include the 24 GHz, 28 GHz, upper 37 GHz, 39 GHz, 47 GHz and 50 GHz bands. This action seeks input on changing requirements that have become an impediment to processing earth station applications.
