WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has issued a final rule establishing Class E airspace at Buckeye, Arizona.

This action is intended to support instrument flight rule (IFR) operations at Buckeye Municipal Airport, Arizona and facilitate the use of upcoming instrument procedures.

The rule, which amends 14 CFR part 71, creates Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface within a 6.5-mi . . .
