WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a final rule confirming compliance deadline revisions related to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for integrated iron and steel manufacturing facilities.
This final rule affirms the amendments made in an interim final rule (IFR) published in the Federal Register on July 3, 2025, which responded to comments on revised compliance deadlines.
