WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced a call for letters of interest for its State Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (SWIFIA) program, offering loans to state infrastructure financing authorities for water infrastructure projects.
