USTR Extends 178 China Tariff Exclusions

WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Trade Representative has extended 178 product exclusions from the tariffs imposed on China in the Section 301 investigation into technology transfer, intellectual property and innovation practices.

The decision, which follows a trade and economic deal reached between President Trump and President Xi Jinping of China, extends the exclusions from their original expiration date of Nov. 29, 2025, through Nov. 9, 2026.
