WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has approved the duty-free entry for 23 foreign-made scientific instruments sought by universities and research institutes across the U.S. concluding that no instruments of equivalent scientific value are manufactured in the U.S.
